After serving time in an Indian prison for murdering his Indian butler in a rage, Roylott moved the family back to England. He retired after Helen's mother was killed in a railway accident eight years prior. Currently, the sisters live at the heavy mortgaged and debt ridden Roylott estate of Stoke Moran.
