Maximizing Backyard Space On a New Area (2:3)

*Recorded september 2022 We are here to maximize backyard space in this newly built area. The original developer left these plots with too little surface area, we have been tasked with making the best of the situation without more rock blasting. Before we got here, there was a slope from the edge of the grass up to the top of the rock. We have to solve the design while we work our way outwards as we don't know how they left the edge of the blasted rock. When I got here, over 100 dump truck loads of soil had already been driven away. All slopes will be sown with grass and/or ground cover plants. We divide the completion into 2 stages as the area is long and narrow.
