We do the Keeping Souvenirs mission to track down a militia deserter in a runner-infested cave. Then it's next door to liberate (at 26:50) the Spruce Lake Ambush Camp which is also a Nero checkpoint - a nice little two-fer. Shame about the horde infesting the place.
