Chinese dish|Preserved Duck Leg With Taro Ingredients:(In this recipe) 1pc. big Taro -skinned off,cut into small Preserved duck leg -pre boiled in ginger 1 tetra pack coconut cream 1can evaporated milk water oil little sugar ginger garlic spring onion or celery stalk-cut into section Procedures: For the preserved duck leg Boil in water with ginger,remove fats and cut into small pieces then set aside. For the taro Skinned off,wash,cut into small pieces and fry until a little bit brown.Set aside Onion or celery stalk -wash & cut into section (I did not show it in the video guys,I apologize). Our main recipe: Heat pan,add oil,ginger & garlic. -Saute preserved duck -Add pre fried taro -Add a little bit of sugar -Add in coconut cream and evaporated milk and water. -Simmer for few minutes,if almost cook,add in celery/onion stalk. Optional: Replace in a ceramic pot then boil for another minute. Serve hot,enjoy our recipe! Thank you guys for watching,hope you liked it.
