Starting with a ride on the T subway from Chinatown’s Rose Pak Station to Union Square, I explore the vibrant city streets, passing the Labubu toy store and iconic luxury boutiques like Louis Vuitton, Neiman Marcus, Gucci, Cartier, etc. From there, I walk through the famous Chinatown Dragon Gate into historic Grant Avenue, visit Portsmouth Square—the oldest public space in the city—and step inside the legendary City Lights Booksellers & Publishers store.
