In our charitable unit, we recently treated a patient with cryptozoospermia, a condition where sperm is detected only through ultra-high centrifugation. The couple chose to proceed with ICSI using their own eggs and sperm. Despite the challenges, they successfully formed a single, high-quality 4AA embryo, proving that quality can matter more than quantity in fertility treatments.
