War Thunder's Compression Problem

After the battle rating changes from a few days ago were poorly received, Gaijin decided to jump the shark by making even more BR changes that are significantly worse. These changes are making War Thunder's issue with BR compression even worse, and worst of all, Gaijin refuses to try and do anything to fix it.
