Ford Focus Intelligent Speed Limiter that Ford Won’t Fix. ## Filmed 15th February 2025 ##

Ford won’t fix this fault. Laura Hutchinson won’t return or respond to my correspondence or calls. I am told that it is a software issue with no current fix and no timescale. First written complaint March 2023. Lloyd’s banking group under section 75, claim the car mechanical works. A.C.E experts states the fault was probably at development and certainly at Point of Sale. The car is not as described. This was filmed 15th February 2025
