Now, Before The Storm brings us back to Acadia Bay 3 years before Max and Chloe fight to save the town from a giant storm. This time it's Chloe and her new friend Rachel Amber that have the adventures. With Rachel quickly becoming the love interest and closest person in Chloe's life, the two of them find themselves in a world of drama involving soon to be step dads, cheating parents, drug dealers, and the dark fate that awaits Rachel. Life Is Strange: Before The Storm is going to have to prove a lot to me to earn a place next to Max and Chloe's original story, but episode 1 was a blast, giving me hope that the rest of Before The Storm is even better.
