Otherwise, you're in for a fight of epic proportions. Make that two fights. Deep within the Rift are two bosses that will push you to your limits. In some cases they'll wreck you bad. They are Omega and Shinryu. First up is Omega. Omega is a nasty superboss with a multitude of attacks such as Delta Attack, Wave Cannon, Rainbow Wind, Encircle and others. It's only weak against Lightning attacks but it's recommended that you use Flare Spellblade. It's not only useful but it'll guarantee that you do tons of damage. Plus the ability of Rapid Fire will give you 8 attacks. This will require a lot of luck. It took me four tries until I eventually was able to take it down. Next is Shinryu. My best advice for you is to pack Dragon Whisker lances and Coral Rings. Why? Because Shinryu always start with a Tidal Wave that deals major water damage. Best strategy for me is to inflict Berserk on it and it'll just stick to physical attacks. Also use Haste on the Party to make sure everyone's faster so you can deal major damage. Alternatively, you can just have everyone equipped with Dragon Whisker lances and then just jump. That's it. That's how you can take him down fast and quick. Be a bit more prepared like I was because that honestly was a pain in the damn butt. I kid you not. Beating Omega and Shinyru will net you achievements for them.
