Real Shami Kabab Banane ka AsaanTarika | Authentic Original Shami Kabab Recipe | Shami Kabab Recipe In this video I have shared how to make beef shami kabab recipe in easy way. 🧾 Ingredients: For Boiling: Mutton / Beef – 500 g (You can also use chicken, but mutton/beef is the original.) Chana dal – ½ cup Onion – 1 medium (sliced) Ginger – 1 inch piece Garlic – 8–10 cloves Green chillies – 3–4 Whole spices: Bay leaf – 1 Cinnamon – 1 small piece Cloves – 3 Black cardamom – 1 Black peppercorns – 6–8 Turmeric – ½ tsp Salt – to taste Water – as needed For Mixing: Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped) Mint leaves – 1 tbsp (optional but authentic) Red chilli powder – 1 tsp Garam masala – 1 tsp Cumin powder – ½ tsp Egg – 1 (for binding) Oil – for shallow frying --- 👩🍳 Method (Authentic Way): 1️⃣ Boil the Meat + Dal Together Add mutton/beef, chana dal, onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies, whole spices, turmeric, salt and water in a cooker or pot. Cook until the meat is completely soft and the dal is fully cooked. Important: After cooking, water must be completely dried. If water is left, cook on high flame to evaporate it. --- 2️⃣ Remove Whole Spices Take out bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves etc. (so you don’t grind them). --- 3️⃣ Grind the Mixture Let it cool. Grind into a fine and smooth paste—this is the signature texture of real Shami Kabab. --- 4️⃣ Mix Spices + Herbs Add: Red chilli powder Garam masala Cumin powder Coriander leaves Mint Egg Mix everything very well. --- 5️⃣ Shape Kababs Take small portions and shape into round flat patties. --- 6️⃣ Fry Heat oil and shallow fry on medium flame until: Golden brown Crisp outside Soft inside --- 🍽️ Ready to Serve!
