Put the quartered lemons into a pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistles. 2. Let the cooker cool slightly and remove the boiled lemons. 3. In a bowl, add sugar, salt, black salt, carom seeds, red chilli powder, and garam masala. 4. Mix all the ingredients well to make a uniform spice–sugar mixture. 5. Add this mixture to the boiled lemons and mix thoroughly so the lemons are evenly coated. 6. Transfer the mixture into a clean glass jar. 7.
