From the team behind School Life (SFF 2017). Kevin McArevey is headteacher at the Holy Cross Boys’ school in Ardoyne, north Belfast, a community much impacted by Northern Ireland’s Troubles. He’s also a martial arts and Elvis aficionado who loves classical philosophy. By introducing his pupils to new ways of thinking using the ideas of Plato, Socrates, and Aristotle, McArevey hopes to change their behaviour and approach to conflict.
