Welcome back to another episode. In this video I take you through how to properly build out a running shoe rotation for a successful marathon training block. Most marathon training blocks are anywhere from 12-20 weeks and will cover three main types of runs; EASY, SPEED, and the LONG RUN. Ideally you will want specific shoes to cover each specific types of run. However budget will have the final say in what we ultimately end up with.
