Colder days ahead in Cleveland, Northeast Ohio weather forecast

Here's your Northeast Ohio weather forecast from 3News Senior Meteorologist Matt Wintz: Our snow chances are about to become slim...momentarily. We're swapping snow chances out for a bitter chill. Temperatures will slide into the mid to upper-teens tonight across Northeast Ohio, and tomorrow we'll be in the 20s. If it's seemed like awhile since we've had a day with high temperatures in the 20s...you're right! Our last day with a high temperature in the 20s was back in December. In fact, it was December 26th, 2022 when our high was 21 degrees ..that was when the arctic front that impacted the area on Christmas weekend was just tugging away from us. This is a good ole heads up that things will be cold and feeling colder too. So, please prep accordingly. On top of the chill, we will also see the sun. I know...shocking. The days we see the sunshine this time of the year are far and few between. As much as you should be layering up the next few days, you'll need to locate your sunglasses too. Tomorrow and Wednesday highs will be in the 20s, and Friday's forecast high may be even colder than that too. Right now, high temperatures to wrap up the workweek are likely to be in the upper-teens.
