Weather: Severe Flood Fears For Parts Of UK
Hundreds of flood warnings and alerts have been issued for today covering almost the whole of the UK - with parts of southwest England already hit by flooding. Twenty-one severe flood warnings, which indicate a risk to life, are in place as heavy rain and winds gusting up to 60mph were due to hit western areas. Colin Brazier reports from Ilfracombe, Devon.
