[BO3 ALPHA TOOLS] PhD Flopper, Diving and Galil! - Early Testing

Tools are currently at Alpha Stage and are subject to change. Early testing of the Phd Flopper Perk, Diving and a weapon import from BO2. I plan to improve the transition when going to prone in future updates. Currently you are able to choose between Diving and Sliding. I had an idea of auto toggling dive either A) when you are attempting to slide right near a ledge. Or B) whenever you have the Phd Flopper perk. Since D2P is no longer supported on the hard-coded side of things, this took me quite a few hours to put together. Discovered lots about the engine along the way. Hope you enjoy as always!
