Bizzarely, Morton is voiced by a female despite having a deep, masculine-sounding voice, which would last until David Cooke took over the role starting with Mario Kart 8. TBH, I can't decide between Lani and David's takes on the character, as both fit him very well. In any case, Morton is certainly one of the more underrated Koopalings. New Super Mario Bros.
