FAMILY OF JACOB BLAKE SPEAKS: Civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump holds a press conference with the family of Jacob Blake. On Sunday, 29-year-old Blake was shot in the back seven times by Kenosha, WI police officers as he opened his car door. His three sons– ages 3, 5, and 8— were in the car and witnessed their father getting shot from close range. The officers involved have been placed on administrative leave. The Wisconsin DOJ is now investigating the shooting. Earlier today, Blake’s father said that his son has been paralyzed from the waist down and now has ‘eight holes’ in his body.
