This achievement / trophy can be unlocked in the first mission called "D-Day". The first thing you do in mission 1 is to run up a beach. In this section you are under heavy MG fire. Try to use the covers and be quick. Unfortunately there is no 100% route. It feels like randomly whether you get a hit or not. If you get a hit from a MG reload your last checkpoint and the time limit will reset too.
