Adopt Sitka @ Oakland Animal Services

Sitka is a a favorite amongst staff and volunteers because he’s the definition of gentle giant. His gorgeous soulful eyes reach deep inside your heart when he looks at you. We can sense that he is truly ready to find his forever home. Our boy Sitka has doggy friends and likes to romp around in play groups but his play style tends to lean on the mellow side. With his human friends, his energy is calm and receptive (though it’s super cute when he gets that youthful sparkle in his eye and acts goofy with you!). Did we forget to mention that he’s is a dream on leash and has a soft mouth taking treats. He’s the perfect gentleman! Sitka is about 7 years young and weighs 76 lbs.
