Canada Ousts Top Indian Diplomat Over Killing Of Khalistani Terrorist, India Hits Back At Trudeau
India's foreign ministry today slammed Canadian government's purported accusations linking a top Indian diplomat in Canada with Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar's killing, marking a unique low in India-Canada ties who have historically shared friendly ties. Earlier, Canada had expelled a top Indian diplomat Monday as it investigates what Prime Minister Justin Trudeau called credible allegations that India’s government may have had links to the assassination in Canada of a Sikh activist.
