Mexico Expands Efforts to Stop the Spread of the Swine Flu

Nearly all of Mexico is at a standstill in a dramatic attempt to contain the spread of the H1N1 swine flu virus that has sickened hundreds of people in the country and beyond. Mexican authorities say there are more than 300 confirmed cases in the country including 12 deaths. The World Health Organization says 11 countries now have confirmed cases of swine flu, including more than 100 people stricken with the illness in the United States.
