Deltarune Chapter 3's Roaring Knight battle, but only Kris can attack, and only when Susie and Ralsei are also alive, and with only the Wood Blade and no damage-boosting armors, and with no lost recruit bonuses. Essentially, the only way I could go lower in damage per turn while still doing damage is by purposefully mistiming the attack bar; but only a crazy person would sit there all day doing that for hours on end...
