Your probation period will be between 1 to 4 months depending on employer. During this time you can resign as well as your employer can fire you without reason. After probation period employer needs big reason like If you steal something at work or have bad behavior. So if you resign from your position you will get 6 months time to find another employer and you still needs to work 4 more weeks at current employer from the date you have resigned.
