1974 CAMARO Z-28 Idle Candy!

1974 CAMARO Z-28 Idle Candy!

Beautifully restored original Z-28 with a freshly rebuilt M-21 transmission (close ratio) and rebuilt 3:73 posi rear. The engine is now a 383 rebuilt with Oliver rods, forged pistons, Dart aluminum heads (https://www.summitracing.com/parts/dr...) and a Crane special mechanical roller camshaft (see specs in images). The carburetor is a Holley 750 double pumper. Ignition is Accel HEI with an MSD 6A multispark box. Exhaust is a 2.5" true dual with factory exhaust pipe exit location and Flowmasters. Wheels are the top quality Billet Specialties Legend Series Mag G (17x7 front 17x8 rear) with Nitto Extreme ZR high performance Z rated tires (P245/45ZR17 front P285/40ZR17 rear). Paint is an older refinish with some road chips and small imperfections from use but is still spectacular in the original Metallic Green. Hood is a steel, functional 3" cowl hood. There is no rust on this car. Interior is original with no rips or tears in the seats or rugs. The door panels and seatbelts could use freshening up and/or replacing. The ammeter does not work. Shift boot and seal are new. Sound system is a dated but impressive Pioneer and Infinity setup with a good sized amp but who needs a radio in this thing though? This is the last "small window" second gen Camaro and the last Z-28 until it's reissue in 1977.
