Conquest of Elysium 3 Android Review

Conquest of Elysium 3 has just be released for Android, but is it worth the $9.90? I think so, but then again, I have a soft spot for turn based Strategy games, and Android is greatly lacking in those, so this is perfectly suited to fill that void. 15 Minutes of Game is a segment where we look at an Android game, and have to decide if its a keeper, in the 15 minute refund window.
