Once you’re logged in, check the left panel and look for the Manage subscriptions option. You’ll see a list of senders whose emails show up frequently and take up a ton of space in your Gmail inbox. Click on the Unsubscribe button in the last column. Then confirm your choice by selecting Unsubscribe again. That stops those emails right away. Sometimes, after you unsubscribe, it can take a few days for senders to fully stop sending messages, so don’t worry if you still see a couple.
