The Punjab government, led by the AAP (Aam Aadmi Party), has inaugurated the first 'School of Eminence' in the state, aiming to provide high-quality education to its students. Punjab Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains expressed optimism that these schools would offer an exceptional educational experience, fulfilling the party's promise to improve government schools to the level of private ones. The 'School of Eminence' features smart classrooms, modern infrastructure, labs, and sports facilities. The AAP government plans to establish 116 such schools across Punjab for students in Classes 9 to 12, emphasizing their development as centers of excellence.
