Rescuing a 1986 Buick Regal Limited from a Detroit garage after 15 years (G-Body)

Allow me to take you on this G-Body Journey of mine, starring my 1986 Buick Regal Limited that I found hiding in a Detroit garage. The 2nd owner owned the vehicle since 1997. Someone stole the Regal and after the owner got it back, he took it to a less-than-honorable paint shop. After all the drama, he lost his love for the car, so he stuck it in his garage where it sat for over 15 years.
