Ramirez, Dunn Foley, and Morgan, members of the 1st Battalion, 75th Infantry Regiment, are traveling in an HMMWV on the northern outskirts of Virginia. Suddenly, a BTR-80 armored vehicle appears from behind a tall pillar and opens fire on them.
