August 2021. Backpacking the Bighorns with Waco & Bridger

Took my pup, Bridger, back to the Cloud Peak Wilderness for a short trip with my buddy Waco in early august 2021. We did a loop from Battle Park, down to Paint Rock Creek, Lake Solitude, and Mistymoon. We had visions of making our way up to Wilderness Basin to try to catch some Golden’s but us old guys decided we didn’t want to scramble up boulders while carrying a 75 pound lab. Bridger did great again though we did wear him out on day 2.
