Yes, a shortened version of the RKO logo exists, in 1996, not 1998. RKO created 2 films in 1996. One of them was the film I got this from. The film I got it from was Holiday Affair, which was a TV film. The other film was called Milk & Money. Both films contained the the "1998-" RKO logo. I am stunned by this.
