Duane "Keffe D" Davis appeared in court on Monday on the first day of jury selection in his highly publicized murder case of rapper Tupac Shakur. Davis is accused of orchestrating the rapper's murder and providing the gun in 1996. Davis told the judge that he wanted her to determine his sentencing if he is convicted, not the jury.
