We FINALLY went to Yak & Yeti at Disney's Animal Kingdom. We got the Beyond Burger (without cheese), Roasted Vegetable Bowl, Sweet & Sour with Tofu, and Vegetable Lo Mein with tofu (sub rice noodles and soy sauce instead of oyster sauce).
