Implantation or Period? Why You Might Bleed While Pregnant
Can you still bleed while pregnant? And if so, is it really your period or something else? In this video, I break down the difference between implantation bleeding, decidual bleeding, and why some women experience bleeding during pregnancy, sometimes at the same time their period is normally due. The short answer is no; but the reality is more complex. You might experience implantation bleeding around week 4 of pregnancy, often mistaken for a light period. Later on, decidual bleeding may occur when a small part of the uterine lining sheds.
