Simple #Easyrecipe #Homemade #Tandoorichicken #Recipe #Ingredients Easy Recipe Tandoori Chicken 6 Chicken Legs (Skinned, trimmed & scored) 2 TBsp Plain Yoghurt Juice of half a lemon or 1 Lime 1 Tbsp Oil 1 Tsp Ginger/Garlic Paste 1 Tsp Turmeric Pdr 1.5 Tsp Tandoori Masala Pdr 1 Tsp Kashmiri Chilli Pdr 1 Tsp Garam Masala Pdr 1 Tsp Cumin Pdr 1 Tsp Coriander Pdr 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes (Optional) 1/2 Tsp Coarse Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp Salt or to taste 1/2 Tap Red Colour Pdr (Optional) #method In a large bowl, add the chicken & pour over the lime or lemon juice, add the salt. Add the rest of the ingredients & mix well with your hands, making sure you also rub the marinade into the score lines. Once the legs are fully coated with the marinade, Cover & allow to marinate in fridge for 4 hours. Take chicken out of the fridge & allow to sit at room temperature whilst you Pre-Heat your Oven to 220C. Add chicken to a baking tray that has been slightly greased. Separate the legs so that none are touching. Place in the centre of the oven for 13 mins, take the tray out (shut the oven door Bastuud) and turn the pieces over. Cook for a further 10 mins.
