Once verification is complete, tap Finish, and your Outlook account along with your other website data will appear on the new iPhone. If it’s not showing or there’s a syncing issue, check if the Microsoft app is enabled under iCloud backup. Go to the Settings app on your new iPhone, scroll to iCloud, and tap See All. Scroll to the bottom and make sure the Microsoft Authenticator toggle is on. If you still can’t restore the data in the app, I recommend deleting it. Touch and hold the app icon, tap Remove App, confirm deletion, and then reinstall it from the App Store. Make sure both devices are signed in with the same Apple ID so the backup restore works correctly on your new iPhone.
