Can't sleep or relax? You are not alone. Hopefully this soundscape will help you settle in and take it easy. I composed this music with rain sounds and tried to mimic the busy mind moving from one thought to the next at the start of the piece. I have played all the instruments in the piece and blurred them in the soundscape. Wear earphones/headphones to calm your over-active mind and your leave thoughts and worries behind.
