Avtar Singh Khanda, Pro-Khalistani leader and Amritpal Singh’s handler, dies at age 35

Leading Khalistani exponent Avtar Singh Khanda, who was also thought to be the mastermind of the vandalisation of the Indian High Commission in London, died at a hospital in Birmingham.
