Medal of Honor: Airborne It is a first person shooter game, developed by Electronic Arts Los Angeles in the year 2007. It describes the role and efforts of the paratroopers, during World War II. The game starts with an American paratrooper name Boyd Travers in the US 82nd Airborne Division, who is airdropped with his squadrons and fights against the Nazi Germans, who were holding certain regions at that time. This game has two modes, single player and multiplayer. Single player consist of a training session and 6 campaign missions. These six campaign missions altogether describe the important events that took place during the World War II. There was a tremendous racket such as experienced when flying through hail." - Roger Airgood (radio operator) It took place in Essen, Germany which is situated several kilometers away from the trainyard mentioned in the Operation Varsity. There were a total of 80 Flak Towers during World War II. Der Flakturm also called as Flak Tower is made up of massive concrete structure, with several 128mm Flak 40 Anti Aircraft Guns at the very top. It is very tall and not large in terms of width. The tower is located in the bombed district and has been tried to damage ,irrespective of several failures. Our objective is to secure Flak tower by destroying several AA guns, disrupting communication supplies, eliminating the ground halftracks, snipers on the side roofs of Flak Tower, finally destroying the flak tower.
