He can be found in the throne room in the Royal Mountain of Poseidon. As the conversation unfolds, choose the options that suit your mood (none of these have any real impact other than dialogue). After a short while two more Isu will show up – Juno and Aita. These two are responsible for the secret lab we uncovered previously and have decided that they are going to take over. They even summoned a beastie to help them out.
