Azerbaijan and Armenia allege truce violations | DW News

There've been clashes between Armenia and Azerbaijan, despite a "humanitarian ceasefire" agreed late Saturday in the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region. Both sides accused each other of violating the agreement just hours after it came into force. It was the second attempted armistice in a week.
