North Korea will not hold talks in which its nukes are subject of negotiations: Ri Yong-ho

Pyongyang has reiterated the regime's principle stance that it will NEVER agree to ANY talks on its nuclear weapons. The regime's top diplomat also warns that President Trump "lit the wick of war" with his now infamous speech to the UN General Assembly. Kim Hyo-sun reports. North Korea's Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho insists his country will never sit down for talks in which the regime's nuclear weapons are up for negotiation. This is according to Russia's state-run TASS news agency on Wednesday,... after its delegation sat down with the regime's top diplomat in Pyongyang. It also quoted Ri as saying the United States must act reasonably and stop provoking North Korea,... highlighting that Washington must put an end to its hostile policies against the North. Ri also said President Trump had (quote) "lit the wick of war" with North Korea,... referring to his address at the UN General Assembly last month,... during which he said the United States would "totally destroy" Pyongyang if necessary. The North Korean minister then explained that the regime is nearing its goal of achieving full nuclear capability to counter any U.S. threat,... calling it (quote) "real balance of power with Washington." And speaking about South Korea's new Moon Jae-in administration,...
