Farmers clashed with Delhi Police and entered the national capital ahead of schedule for the Tractor Rally. This was followed by chaos and confrontation between the farmers and the Delhi Police. The police had to resort to tear gas shells, lathicharge as protesters breached barricades and broke cemented barriers. Farmers are now moving towards the Outer Ring Road.
