John explains "the title does not reveal the true depth of the course which actually teaches how to develop a pizzeria concept including finance, construction, menu development, design and marketing. Student's learn the pizza business from the inside out. They start by learning the basics of what it takes to open a pizza restaurant. They go through all of the steps that are need by learning all of the steps needed to open a pizza restaurant.
