In this video I want to show you how to make keto chocolate cake in a mug. This is a very easy and super satisfying low carb dessert recipe. You will need almond flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, a non-caloric sweetener such as Monk fruit and sugar free dark chocolate chips. This recipe is great for when you are craving something sweet and are on the Keto diet. Melt it for about 20 seconds. Remove the mug from the microwave and add the egg, Monk-fruit and vanilla extract. Vigorously mix with a fork until it is all mixed in. Add the almond flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Again, mix vigorously with a fork until you have a smooth batter. Add the chocolate chips and fold in. Place the mug in the microwave for one minute. Remove the mug and allow the cake to cool down. Add some whipped cream and a raspberry on top (optional). Enjoy!
