As the war in Iran continues, Pete Hegseth held a press conference Friday morning to provide an update on the situation, including comments about the U.S. service members who died in a plane crash in Iran. U.S. military officials confirmed the deaths in a post on X earlier in the morning. "At approximately 2 pm ET on March 12, a U.S. KC-135 refueling aircraft went down in western Iraq," the post reads.
