Heavy rains wreak havoc in Andhra, Telangana, atleast 17 dead; KCR govt declares two-day holiday

Atleast Seventeen people have died in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in rain related incidents, following incessant rainfall that lashed different parts of both states, leading to waterlogging on roads and inundation of some low-lying areas.
