Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan warned Russian President Vladimir Putin that joint efforts for peace in Syria are being harmed. Turkey's state-run broadcaster TRT said Erdogan made a phone call to Putin on Tuesday, a day after Russian-backed Syrian government forces attacked Turkish soldiers in the province of Idlib in northwestern Syria.
